REQUIREMENTS
Those who have met and passed the requirements of a State (California) Board of Accountancy or who had been issued a CPA certificate by the Philippine Board of Accountancy.

- Philippine CPA Certificate or CPA ID issued by Philippine Professional Regulation Commission.
- State Board of Accountancy passing grade certification or State’s CPA certificate
